Getting Ready for Easter

Even though the teens are 13 and 15, we still do Easter Baskets at our house! I NEVER have a problem finding things to fill daughter's basket, but this year I am having a HARD time finding things for son! I have one more day to get it together and that's it.
Are you ready for Easter?

  1. It really isn't fair that girls are so much easier to buy for, unless you spend a fortune in video games or cds. I usually go to the dollar store and find some little outdoor things to throw in my boys' baskets (I do that for their stocking at Christmas, too). It gets frustrating, for sure!

  2. This is so funny. My kids are 17, 19 and 22 and they STILL get Easter baskets. (actually I do sacks now but they still have grass in them) They are kind of like the stockings at Christmas. ITunes, Subway and Starbucks gift cards, candy, a book and a big chocolate bunny. They do still get a goofy wind up rabbit and bubbles. You should see them play with the bubbles. It's quite hilarious.
I know I should stop but I can't help myself.
