I made a Chicken Pasta Florentine recipe from The Pioneer Woman and it was delicious!
I actually had all the ingredients on hand so I was able to just basically throw it together. And a bonus: it makes a ton of food!
Tomorrow the representative from the foreign exchange organization will be here for the in-home interview. Then tomorrow night is Pokeno with my favorite girls!
