It seems to me that a red light is just a suggestion here in my small town! I mean, if you are in a hurry and really don't feel like stopping, then just go on through!
I started to pull out into the intersection after I had the green light two different times today and there were not one, but two cars just driving right on through the red light!
I have noticed this happening a LOT lately! Is it just me, or have you noticed this too?

I live in a big town and I see it too. I guess some people think they are above the law OR else too busy talking on their cell phones to notice (Usually the case around here!). :)
