I am so glad it is almost the weekend!
Yesterday the Hospitality committee for daughter's middle school did another lunch for the teachers. This time we did a soup lunch. We served Tomato Florentine Soup, Loaded Baked Potato Soup and White Bean Chicken Chili. We had an assortment of breads and crackers along with various toppings for the soups. I called on parent's to make cookies and brownies for dessert.
It was a hit!
What a nice treat for your teachers. I love the centerpiece that you used with the soup cans. All of the soups sound delicious. I think I would have had the Tomato Florentine.
